Pipers Height Caravan Park is a highly-rated, family-owned destination located on the Fylde Coast. Set across 80 acres of landscaped grounds, it strikes a balance between a peaceful rural retreat and a convenient base for exploring the vibrant attractions of Blackpool and the sophisticated charm of Lytham St Annes. The park is divided into two main areas: a modern touring park and a large section for privately owned holiday homes. With 82 hardstanding fully serviced touring pitches (some seasonal),these are extra-long and wide and each includes 16-amp electric hook-up, a personal water tap, and grey waste disposal.

The amenities block features underfloor heating, modern showers, and dedicated family/Accessible changing rooms. The Pied Piper Clubhouse is located nearby which is the social hub of the park, offering weekend entertainment, bingo, quiz nights, and a kids' disco. It includes a bar area and a pool table. There is also a seasonal outdoor bar area perfect for summer evenings. For the kids there is a dedicated play park featuring a zip wire. There is also a well-stocked shop selling essentials and caravan accessories, plus a token-operated launderette available and a dog wash station.

Directions to Pipers Height Caravan Park

Leave the M55 at junction 4 and at the roundabout take the first exit onto Preston North Road A583. Keep ahead at the next roundabout. After a short distance turn left onto Whitehill road and almost immediately turn left again onto Peel Road. Go past the entrance to the mobile home site and the site is then on the right off this road.
