Pentire Haven is a quiet family site under new management, located close to the popular resort of Bude. The original part of the site has 220 touring pitches with 16A electrical connections, and some with hardstanding; 54 are terraced super pitches with electricity, water and drainage. The more open area near reception has 100 level, grassy tent pitches in separate fields. The use of natural wood for the swimming pool area and fencing gives it a range-style feel. The park has an arrangement with the adjacent residential site (Penstone Manor) to share its amenities, including a bar/restaurant and a pool.

Bude is renowned for the variety of holiday experiences on offer and can be reached in five minutes. It is a great centre for exploring Cornwall, with many opportunities for walking, cycling, fishing, golf and birdwatching. Coastal walks around Bude and Kilkhampton are always rewarding and the quaint seaside towns of Padstow and Perranporth are within easy reach, as are historic sites such as King Arthur’s legendary castle at Tintagel.

One new toilet block, two older, renovated blocks are both heated and have preset showers and some washbasins in cubicles. Accessible sanitary facilities (shower in 1 block). Washing machine. Motorhome services. Shop. Swimming pool (heated 21/7-1/9). Play area. TV room. Free WiFi over site. Entertainment next door at Penstone Manor.

Approaching from the south (Bude), head north on the A39. Turn right towards Stibb just before entering Kilkhampton and site entrance is almost immediately on right.
