Alan Rogers Review of Pearl Lake Country Holiday Park
Principally, this is a large holiday home park spread over 80 acres, with some 180 units arranged around an attractive 15-acre lake. However, it does have a very small touring site with just 15 pitches and a modern sanitary unit located at the park entrance, adjacent to the road. Most of the pitches are on gravel hardstanding and are fully serviced, with 16A electricity, water and wastewater connections.
A variety of activities includes fishing in the lake, golf and a bowling green. Places to visit include The Black and White Village Trail, Lingen Nursery and Gardens, and the churches of Wigmore Abbey Parish.
Facilities at Pearl Lake Country Holiday Park
The sanitary unit provides open washbasins and controllable hot showers, with a wide-door accessible cubicle (the outer door is only standard width). Club with bar/restaurant serving hot food and takeaways (weekends only in low season). Fishing. 9-hole golf course. Bowling green. Playing field and adventure-style playground. Pets allowed. Dog showers. WiFi.
