Le Sourire is a member of the Parc Saint-James group. There are 411 pitches here and many are occupied by mobile homes and chalets, many residential. However, there are about 80 touring pitches dispersed throughout the wooded terrain, some of which are on soft sandy soil. Electricity (6A) is available on 42. A stream runs through the camping area and it can flood. A large swimming pool has a regular programme of activities. Some pitches are close to the main road so you may experience some road noise.
The site is close to the impressive La Vanade sports complex which has a massive range of activities including tennis courts, a riding centre and a 9-hole golf course. Le Sourire is a good base for exploring the area and lies close to the Provençal village of Villeneuve Loubet, midway between Cannes and Nice. A bus service runs between Grasse and Nice and provides an easier and cheap travelling option without having to find parking in the busy towns. The nearest beach is just 5 km. There is a lively activity programme including excursions and entertainment is arranged regularly during the peak season. Mobile homes and chalets to rent.

Sanitary facilities (with key access) include preset pushbutton showers and washbasins in cabins. No facilities for babies. Laundry. Motorhome services. Shop, bar, restaurant and takeaway (all July/Aug). Swimming pool and separate children’s pool (1/6-15/9). Play area. Gym. Games room. Entertainment programme in high season. Electric barbecues only. WiFi (charged).
