Alan Rogers Review of Panorama Camp Zell am See

This site is set in a beautiful location and is open for eleven months of the year. In winter the campsite is a perfect base for winter sports and in summer a great campsite to enjoy with a lake available for swimming and to fish only 500 metres from the campsite. Other amenities are a snack bar open daily from 10.00 a.m until dusk, supplying you with pizza and other light snacks, and a shop selling basic amenities between peak seasons. A children's playground and a petting corner with ponies at rabbits which children can enjoy during the summer months. During the winter, there is a heated boot room, and a free ski bus (Z3) stops at the campsite gates; during summer, bus 660 will take you into the local town from the site entrance.

The Reception will supply you with a guest card that will enable you to get discounts at different activities and venues in the area, including an indoor tennis centre just 1.5km away. They can also offer information about fishing licenses for the lake.

N.B. Hook-up is an additional charge and metered.
