Camping Brugse Heide can be found between the nature reserves of Het Leenderbos and Malpie. The site celebrated its 25th anniversary in 2011. Pitches are well shaded and are all equipped with 6A electricity, water, drainage and cable TV connections. A number of chalets and mobile homes are available to rent. There is a swimming pool and children’s pool, and campsite guests are also able to gain access to the tropical pool complex at a nearby sister site (44 km). The site’s café, De Stamgast, offers a range of snacks and light meals, and houses a big screen TV for special events.

Brugse Heide is a very family-friendly site and has an excellent indoor playground as well as an imaginative and varied activity programme during school holidays. The Oostappen group offer hot air balloon trips in their own balloon at very attractive prices. Off site, the town of Valkenswaard lies to the south and has a rich history.

Approaching from the west (Turnhout) use A67 motorway as far as exit 32 (Eersel) and then head south on N284 to Valkenswaard and follow signs to the site.
