Naturcamping Malchow lies directly on the eastern shore of Lake Plau, in the middle of the Mecklenburg Lake District. The site invites you and your family to enjoy sports, fun and relaxation amid nature. The Plauer See is an incomparable bathing and water sports paradise. Swimming, sailing, surfing, paddling, sailing across the water as a leisure captain or simply casting a fishing rod. If you are looking for an urban feeling in between, you will find cafés, shops and many sights in Malchow, Germany's only island city. For children, the site has a playground and many opportunities for sports and games. Numerous leisure activities in the vicinity leave no room for boredom. Hiking and biking tours, boat and fishing tours, stand-up paddling, museum, island railway, city tour or steamboat rides are all a possibility. The site has 230 pitches of which 150 grass ones with 16-amp hook-up point are for touring units, the rest are occupied on a seasonal basis. There is also a caravan, apartment and 2 camping pods available to hire.

Directions to Naturcamping Malchow

From Neubrandenburg or Rostock via the A19 Berlin-Rostock take exit 16 Malchow, then continue on the B192 in the direction of Karow. After about 300 m, turn left onto a narrow asphalt road. After about 1 km you will arrive at the site. From Schwerin on the B192 beware of speed cameras.
