Moordale Park Caravan Park is situated on the Solway Coast at the edge of the village Blitterlees which is on the outskirts of the Victorian seaside town of Silloth. Silloth Golf Course is situated alongside the park. Surrounding the park is open countryside in an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, which is ideal for walking and cycling, with numerous picturesque villages. The site is a great place to stop off on your way up through Scotland or down south to England. The site is also an ideal base for Lake District attractions. The park is all grass and is slightly sloping which may be problematic in wet weather. A little gate leads from the site to the beach although this is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. The site has 80 mobile homes and 8 touring pitches.

Toilet block with showers, washbasins ana wc’s. Dish washing area. Children’s play area. Electric hook-up points Laundry. Chemical toilet point. Small shop. Gas sales. Cycle route 72, golf and beach nearby. Pets and BBQ’s allowed.
Location
From the M6 at junction 3 take the A595 to Wigton and then the B5302 to Silloth. In Silloth, join the B5300 south to Bitterlees. The site is on the right off this road.
