Monstay Farm Caravan Site.

England, Heart of England, Shropshire, Ludlow

Alan Rogers Review of Monstay Farm Caravan Site.

Monstay Farm Caravan Site is a small all year site near to the historic town of Ludlow. It is suitable for tents, caravans and      motorhomes. Situated on several large fields without set pitches there is plenty of space for guests to camp away from neighbours. The site has 20 pitches of which 11 are hardstanding and the rest grass with electric hook-up point. The fields are perfect places for children to play and explore nature safely. The site is dog friendly. It allows small campfires for the true camping experience and has fire bowls to rent. On site you will also find several Shepherds Huts available for your Glamping getaway. With en-suite facilities, comfortable beds and beautiful views they are perfect for a getaway all year round.

There is easy access to the forest, where you can walk, mountain bike, bird watch, nature watch or hunt for fossils. You can walk miles and not meet anyone. If you have a mountain bike, nearby is the Bringewood Downhill bike course. You can also hire bikes from Wheely Wonderful just down the road at Elton. Or you can just chill and look at the stars! It is very dark here with no streetlights nearby - a good idea to bring a torch.
