Molecaten Park Waterbos is a small, friendly campsite located behind dunes on the island of Voorne. The site is within easy walking distance of the broad sandy beach at Rockanje. This beach slopes gradually and is ideal for young children. There are 340 pitches here, of which 140 are for touring units, shaded by large trees and located on several grassy fields, often with play areas at the centre. There is a choice of basic, comfort and comfort-plus pitches, all with electricity (6/10A). The latter group is made up of deluxe pitches, each equipped with an individual shower, toilet, and washbasin. There are also mobile homes, luxury accommodations and fully equipped tents for hire.

Molecaten Park Waterbos has all the facilities needed to enjoy your holiday here. There are fishing opportunities, a bar, a snack bar and a camping shop. Children can enjoy themselves at the large playground and outdoor children's pool with fountains and play equipment. Adults can also enjoy a refreshing swim in the larger pool. During high season, the entertainment team organises various games, creative crafts and activities for all ages.

Waterbos (water forest) is a lush, dense forest with a myriad of narrow lanes and tracks to explore. It is a unique eco system with dozens of trees, shrubs, mushrooms, and birds which choose to nest here. The Voornes Duin is the dune’s hinterland and there are some excellent cycle and walking tracks here.

Directions to Molecaten Park Waterbos

From Hook of Holland, follow signs to Rotterdam on A20. At exit 13 follow Rotterdam-Zuid/Hoogvliet. After 7 km. join A15 towards Hellevoetsluis/Europoort. Continue to Rozenburg (now N15) then take N57 to Hellevoetsluis. After 8 km. take third junction to right (Rockanje) and proceed to town. Go through town centre and site is signed.
