A pleasant family run park, tucked away in the Cornish countryside, yet close to the main routes. It is open all year and a warm welcome awaits visitors. Set in 15 acres of secluded countryside with rural views, it is spacious and never crowded, offering only 25 level grass pitches on well drained, slightly sloping grass. There are 21 electricity connections (10A) and three hardstandings. Next to reception is a popular, reasonably priced café serving breakfast, afternoon tea and evening meals. Essential items can be purchased in reception. There is a small fishing lake and a wooded area.

Mena means ‘hilltop’ in the Cornish language and the site is actually situated at the geographical centre of Cornwall, overlooked by Helman’s Tor, one of the highest points on Bodmin Moor. With its position, visitors can choose between beaches on the north or south coast. Lanivet village has a shop and a pub serving meals. Children will love the chickens and two large Kune pigs.

Caravan storage. WiFi (charged). Dog kennel facilities.

Leave A30 Bodmin bypass, take A389 north (Lanivet, Bodmin). After 0.5 miles take first right (filter lane) and pass under A30. First left (Lostwithiel, Fowey) and in 0.25 miles turn right at top of hill (by Celtic cross). Continue for 0.5 miles and take first right into lane and site in 100 yds.
