Little Winnick is a level 13 acre touring park, with the road on one side (this can be heard on busy Saturdays) and a river on the other. A bridge from the park gives access to the Pentewan Valley Trail, a two mile walk or cycle ride to Pentewan village and beach along this quiet, traffic-free track, with links to Mevagissey via Heligan. The park comprises three fields with 105 numbered grassy pitches which are of a good size, 80 with 10A electricity, 5 with hardstanding and 4 fully serviced. The Middle field has all the main facilities which include a heated swimming pool (unsupervised) with paved sunbathing surrounds.

The South field is used for ball games, caravan storage and as a tent area for 35 tents on a 28 day licence (no tarmac road and no lighting). The North field is used for rallies and has a refurbished, prefabricated toilet unit. Heligan Gardens are nearby, the Eden Project is 4 miles and the beach is only 1 mile. A busy park, but away from the hectic coastal sites, Penhaven will probably appeal to people who don’t want bars and evening entertainment.

The toilet block is fully equipped and heated, with three family shower rooms (key on request with deposit) with one accessible sanitary unit. Well equipped laundry with washing lines provided. Motorhome services. Shop. In high season a van on site sells takeaway snacks. Outdoor pool (end May-early Sept). Small play area. Bicycle hire.
