Only ten kilometres from the Swiss border and within walking distance of a small village, this is a pleasant, traditional site. It has 138 level grass touring pitches, all with electrical connections (6A), a few seasonal units and 13 chalets (10 available to rent). Shade is provided in places by mature trees. The main site building (formerly a railway station) houses reception which has a few basic supplies, tourist information, a pool table and electronic games. Snacks and drinks are served on the terrace overlooking the small, fenced swimming pool. The site is a member of the Village Center group.

In the south of the Alsace region, this quiet site is a fine base for walks into the forest and hills, or from which to explore the countryside and mountains by car. The thriving city of Mulhouse, 30 km. to the north east, is a mecca for transport buffs, with the National Rail Museum and the Musée National de l’Automobile. A day out in Basle, 50 km. east across the border in Switzerland, is another possibility.

The central toilet block provides plenty of facilities in a traditional style. A second block (open in high season) is older but with similar facilities. En suite accessible unit . Washing machines and dryer. Bread to order and basic supplies from reception. Drinks and simple snacks served on the terrace. Swimming pool (15/5-15/9). Play area. Bicycle hire. Internet access and WiFi (charged). Gas barbecues only.

Directions to Les Lupins Campsite

Seppois is 30 km. southwest of Mulhouse. On A36 from Besançon at exit 11, take N1019 to Grandvillars, then D463 east to Seppois. From Mulhouse on A36 at exit 15, take D466 to Altkirch, D432 towards Ferrette, then D17 to Seppois. Site is signed in village.
