Right by the shores of Lac de l'Oignin, among a mixed woodland and surrounded by views of the hills all around, this highly scenic park lies 400 metres above sea level and is within a 75-minute drive from Geneva and its expansive lake. There are 123 pitches to choose from, which are spacious, and all have hedging and mature trees, providing guests with plenty of privacy. Sanitary amenities include chemical toilets, a heated toilet, and a shower block.

As you might expect from a lakeside spot, there are plenty of water activities at Camping Les Gorges d'Oignin, with two outdoor swimming pools and direct access to the lake. Here, you can hire a pedal boat to explore the lake and hire of fishing kits (and a fishing licence) are also available. There are plenty of walking and cycling trails around the lake and its calm countryside surrounds; there are also lots of sporting activities to be had on-site where you can find a football pitch, a volleyball court, ping pong tables and a pétanque court. There are also many activities for the younger children to enjoy, including a playground, a petting zoo with goats and donkeys, and for those between 6-and 12 years old, there is also a kids club in the high season. There is entertainment for all guests in the evening with cabaret karaoke and dances.

You can find everything you need on-site with a snack bar and pizzeria with takeaway service. There is a shop that provides freshly baked bread in the mornings and sells a selection of local produce.

Directions to Les Gorges de l’Oignin

From the A404 junction 11 join the D13 towards Les Combelles. At the junction with D18 turn right to eventually cross the L’Oignin river bridge. Stay on D18 to its junction with D11 and join D11. The site is now on the left off this road.
