Kur Camping Grimmingsicht is located in the enchanted landscape of the Ausseerland in the Styrian Salzkammergut. A site where Austrian hospitality is offered by the Dutch management. The site is quietly located, about 500 meters from the village, and has a beautiful panorama of various mountains such as the Grimming and the Avalanche Stone. The ground is natural grass. The campsite has 42 grass pitches, of which 31 are for touring units with electric hook-up point 16amp. There is also an apartment and a caravan available to hire.

Camping Grimmingsicht is run by its owners, who are themselves enthusiastic campers. This is a true hiking and cycling paradise in summer, ideal for sun worshippers or swimmers. The nearby beautiful Alpen lido in the centre of Bad Mitterndorf or the surrounding Salzkammergut lakes are ideal. Around Bad Mitterndorf, you will still find beautiful meadows and air that smells of firs and field flowers, rural peace, the splashing of streams with clear water, quiet wide forests, and a hiking experience for every taste level of difficulty. In the winter, it is close to the ski slopes.

In winter, the site offers cross-country skiers a contiguous network of cross-country ski trails currently 95 km in length. For ski or snowboard fans, the Tauplitzalm, a ski area for everyone, is in the immediate vicinity. The snow-sure ski area can be reached from Bad Mitterndorf by ski bus in about 20 minutes and offers 40 kilometres of slopes.
