This peaceful, rural park is situated in a quiet, country lane with rural views, yet within easy reach of several well known towns on the East Sussex coast. Set in three acres with 50 level, generously sized touring pitches in two separate areas. Most are on hardstanding making them suitable for all-weather touring and have 10/16A electricity, water and drainage. It is evident that considerable investment has been made to ensure visitors have a comfortable stay.

The lower field, surrounded by hedging and trees offers some landscaped pitches which are divided by their own private trellised garden area, complete with picnic table and brick barbecue platform. Pitches for caravans and motorhomes are terraced, easy to access and surrounded by hedges and mature trees which provide shade. Most pitches have electric hook-ups and a water tap, some also have waste water drainage. This is an ideal location for a quiet and relaxing break and for visiting the attractions of the south coast. Very large units would find the narrow lanes to the park a challenge.

Facilities at Kloofs Camping & Caravan Park

One main, centrally heated toilet block is modern and spotlessly clean. Washbasins in cubicles and spacious hot showers. Large shower room for families and good, en-suite accessible facilities (key from reception). The lower paddock service block is now complete offering additional accessible toilet and shower facilities. Heated kitchen area. Washing machine, dryer, iron and board. Small shop in reception for basic requirements and camping gas. Wooden adventure-style play area, fenced. Small library.

Directions to Kloofs Camping & Caravan Park

From the north (Battle), take A269 and turn right into Pear Tree Lane, then right at crossroads. Sandhurst Lane is 300 yds. on left and site is signed a short way down on right. From east (Hastings), take A259 to Little Common roundabout. Turn off right into Pear Tree Lane, then left at crossroads. Then as above.
