Alan Rogers Review of Kennemer Duincamping Geversduin
The comfortable, family site of Geversduin lies in an area of forests and sand dunes. The site offers 685 pitches of which 295 are for touring units and 31 for accommodation to rent. They have good shade and privacy, and all pitches have 4-16A electricity connections. The pitches without electricity have a unique location and cars must be parked elsewhere. In high season, many activities are organised for youngsters including the unusual opportunity to join a forestry worker for the day. The beach is only 4 km. away and is easily accessible by bike or on foot.
There are 20 special pitches around Ullie’s Play Paradise, a large playground which is secured from the rest of the site with wooden fences. Right behind reception is a full supermarket with bar/restaurant and recreation hall. The protected area of dunes may be accessed by visitors to the site and it offers many opportunities for walking and cycling. In bad weather there are indoor pools and play areas nearby.

On the A9 (Amsterdam-Alkmaar) take exit for the N203 and continue north towards Castricum. In Castricum follow signs to the station and from there drive south towards Heemskerk via the Beverwijkse straatweg. Site is south of Castricum and signed on the Beverwijkse straatweg.
