Happy Village and Camping is a smart, pleasant site set on a hillside with great views from the upper reaches where the hub of the site is situated. There is a choice of shaded pitches (with 6A electricity), flat in the lower section or terraced in the upper area. The restaurant and bar have large terraces overlooking the pools and countryside. Dining here at night is a delight. Everything is neat and clean. Most visitors will wish to visit Rome and the shuttle bus to the local station some 6 km. away makes this easy.

There is a barbecue and picnic area with preparation space and a large refrigerator. This is a fine example of a city site and would be bliss to return to after a hot day exploring the exciting city of Rome.

There are some lovely romantic walks in the Veio Natural Park, which encircles the site. Happy Village is great for both short visits and longer stays if you intend venturing to places such as the Tivoli Gardens.

Two clean and modern, heated sanitary blocks with British style WCs and hot water throughout. Accessible Facilities. Washing machines. Motorhome services. Small shop. Modern restaurant and bar with terraces. Swimming pool and children’s pool. Picnic area with huge fridge, barbecue and preparation area. WiFi in restaurant area (charged). Torches useful in some areas.

Directions to Happy Village & Camping

From Rome GRA (circular road) take SS2 to Cassia Veientana/Viterbo/Vallelunga between junctions 5 and 6. The site is very well signed 2 km. along SS2.
