In a peaceful situation on a lakeside in the heart of La Corrèze in the Limousin, le Port de Neuvic has 75 pitches with 16A electricity, some occupied by mobile homes, chalets and luxury tents for hire. The bar/restaurant has a terrace with views over the lake, and there is a snack bar with fresh bread and ices in high season. The sandy beach provides opportunities for swimming and fishing, whilst walkers and cyclists will be spoilt for choice in exploring the lakeside and surrounding countryside. Neuvic has a few shops, bars and restaurants and an occasional market.

For a wider choice of shops and restaurants, the riverside town of Bort-les-Orgues is well worth a visit. However, most people come to La Corrèze to explore the hills and valleys and to admire the impressive scenery, especially in the Parc Naturel Régional Millevaches en Limousin. Outings could include Salers, famous for its wine and cheese, the waterfalls at Gimel or even the more distant Dordogne or the Puy de Dôme.

Antiges is on the Lac de Neuvic, 110 km. southwest of Clermont-Ferrand. (Note: there is another Neuvic near Périgueux). From A89 motorway at exit 23 for Mauriac head south on D979 (Neuvic) for 6 km. then turn right on D982 towards Neuvic. Site is signed to left in 11 km. on D20E3 Antiges.
