This is a family oriented site in the Provençal countryside, very much geared for family holidays with children. Some 30 minutes by car from the coast at Cassis, the site has a very large and well kept pool area and a stage for entertainment. There are 250 good sized pitches available, 60 for touring units and 190 mobile homes to rent. On mainly level, rather stony ground, with variable shade, all have 10A electricity. The attractive pool complex with three pools, a slide, jacuzzi and solarium, is surrounded by ample paved sunbathing areas with some shade from the trees.

Although having all the facilities, activities and entertainment expected of a holiday site, the atmosphere is very relaxed and much less frenzied than some similar sites.

Two main toilet blocks, one super de-luxe, include washbasins in cabins and accessible facilities. Laundry facilities. Shop for basic supplies. Restaurant with varied and full menu (15/6-31/8), also snacks and takeaway. Separate, renovated building houses a bar and disco. TV room fronted by entertainment area for shows, cabarets, etc. Three swimming pools (one for children), solarium and jacuzzi. Riding. Tennis, table tennis, archery, volleyball and boules. Miniclub for children and evening entertainment in season. WiFi.

Directions to Domaine de la Sainte-Baume

Take St Maximin exit from A8 and head for Auriol on the N560, turning after 9 km. for Nans-les-Pins (D80); site is on left just before this village.
