Dodwell Park is a small family-run site where the amenities are kept to spotless standards, with free hot showers, dishwashing facilities and hairdryers. There Is a shop and off-licence on site, dogs are welcome. You will be able to leave the car/motorhome behind as there is a regular bus service which stops right outside the site. Nearby you will find Cotswold villages with thatched inns, walks and cruises along the River Avon and the hills of the Cotswold Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Boating, fishing and old buildings are at Luddington village two miles away. The site has 50 touring pitches.

Dodwell Park Caravan Site is just two miles from Shakespeare's birthplace, Anne Hathaway's cottage and all the bardly attractions of Stratford-upon-Avon. There Is peace and quiet, a countryside setting - and if all that still is not enough for a final attempt to get the children reading sonnets, you could treat them by taking them along to nearby Warwick Castle for all sorts of horrible history.

Directions to Dodwell Park

On leaving Stratford-upon-Avon, take the B439 signposted B439 Bidford (also signposted Stratford Racecourse) for two miles. Go past the racecourse, turn off and you will then find the site on your left (after going over a large hill).
