Duca Amedeo is a small site on the seafront and promenade with access to a broad, sandy beach across a busy road. There are 150 flat, closely placed pitches here, of which 139 are available to touring units. Of a reasonable size, some have shade from trees and 6A electricity is provided. The hub of the site is by the entrance. This is a very Italian site with lots of loud holiday noise and music until 23.30. There is no shop, but a supermarket is 300 m. away and the bar/restaurant of the hotel next door (owned by family members) is used by campers. There are many loyal Italian families here on well established, long term pitches.

The small pool near the entrance is pleasant but is very busy in high season. Much dark shade cloth is used everywhere, the site is overlooked by other high buildings, and there is some road noise. We see this more as a transit site than for extended stays.

Facilities at Camping Village Duca Amedeo

One main sanitary block with a confusion of facilities, some modern, some not. Hot water at sinks and showers. Toilets for children. Some private bathrooms for hire. Accessible facilities, Motorhome service area (very close to pitches). Swimming and paddling pools. Picnic area. Barbecue area. Games room. Playground. Beach games area. Sports field. Bocce. Entertainment in high season. Fishing. Mobile homes and chalets to rent. WiFi throughout (charged).

Directions to Camping Village Duca Amedeo

The site is on the seafront at Martinsicuro. Leave the A14 autostrada at the Martinsicuro exit, to the south of San Benedetto del Tronto. Follow signs to the town centre and then to the site.
