Camping Sonnenbuckl is a campsite located in Riedholz, Germany, in the Allgäu region. This small terraced site with sloping grounds has 37 pitches, of which 15 are for touring units and have 12-amp hook-up points available. The campsite has few facilities, but you will find everything you need to enjoy a relaxing holiday. There is an outdoor swimming pool, a perfect place to cool off on a hot summer day.

The campsite also provides a restaurant and bar with an adjoining terrace overlooking the pool, serving various German and international dishes. No shop is on-site, but a daily bread delivery service is available. There is a table tennis table and games room for the younger members, and the whole family can enjoy a game of crazy golf.

The campsite is located in a quiet area, surrounded by forests and mountains. There are several hiking and biking trails nearby in the Eistobel Nature Reserve which is only a 10-minute walk from site. In winter there are two ski lifts within walking distance and if you want to go cross-country skiing, the trail starts right at the camp site.

Directions to Camping Sonnenbuckel

From the A7 at Kempten junction 134, join the B12 towards Kempton. Next join the B19 in the direction of Rettenberg and at Walten rejoin the B12 towards Weitnau. After the bridge in Grossholzleute, there is a site sign, turn left hand, follow about 4 - 5 km to Riedholz and the site is on the right off this road.
