A friendly welcome awaits at this well equipped, family run site delightfully located at the junction of five Alpine valleys. From this hillside site there are magnificent, ever-changing views along and across the mountains. Very easily reached from the A14 autobahn and located on the outskirts of a large village with all facilities, the site is not only ideal as a stopover but also as a base from which to tour in this spectacular alpine region. All of the 115 generously sized, terraced pitches have 13A electricity, 60 are fully serviced and most are hard enough for motorhomes. Two terraces for caravans are car free with a separate car parking area.

Traditional Tirolean musical evenings are a feature of this site, and on Sundays during the summer the men of the Dünser family, dressed in traditional costume, play the alpenhorns. The family also take parties of campers on guided walking tours, highly recommended, but do make sure that you are properly equipped, and reasonably fit. Excellent English is spoken by all the family, who are celebrating the fiftieth anniversary of their site.

A superb new building contains high quality facilities. On the lower floor are WCs, spacious hot showers, and washbasins (some in cubicles), and a baby room. Drying room, laundry and dishwashing room upstairs. Motorhome services. Small shop (1/5-3/10). Gas supplies. TV and cinema room with tourist information. Playground. Only one dog per unit is allowed. WiFi over site (charged). Two chalets to rent.

Directions to Camping Sonnenberg

Nüziders is 25 km. southeast of Feldkirch. From A14 exit 57 (Bludenz-Nüziders) turn north on road 190 and left at roundabout into village. Follow green camping signs through village turning right at the church and then forking left to site.
