Situated on the banks of the Lot River, this small, spacious, delightful site is owned and run by an enthusiastic and very friendly Dutch family. There are 65 grassy, fairly level pitches with 61 for touring (6A electricity, long leads advised). The pitches are separated by mature trees and some hedging with views over the river and the wooded gorge. Some pitches have little shade. Swimming and canoeing are possible from the small pebbly beach. The site makes a good base for exploring this interesting and beautiful region by car, bike or on foot. It is possible to take a boat cruise on the river Lot from Flagnac. Previously known as Camping la Plaine.

In the nearby village of Saint Parthem there is a museum with an exhibition of the River Lot, its traditions and its people. Conques, about 14 km. away, is one of the most beautiful villages in France and has changed very little over the years. It has a rich heritage and was a major staging post for pilgrims to Santiago de Compostela. The Abbey of Sainte-Foy has a music festival in the summer.

Old style but very clean central block and small satellite block with all necessary facilities. Accessible facilities. Washing machine and ironing board. Small bar/restaurant with takeaway (all season). Bread to order. Swimming pool with patio. River fishing and bathing from pebble beach. Tennis. Boules. Play area. WiFi near bar.
