Evia, the second largest Greek Island, offers dramatic scenery and the north end of the island provides an opportunity to get away from the crowds of Attica. It also offers an alternative route between Athens and Thessaloniki and avoids the boring motorway route towards Lamia.

Opened in 1986, Camping Pefki is an older site, just across the road from the sea and a small beach. There are 85 small pitches and bungalows available to rent.

All the pitches are under screens and the site is covered with trees and shrubs, and serviced by a narrow, winding road. Altogether, this restricts access for large units.

However, those looking for a quiet, simple site next to the sea in a beautiful corner of the island will not be disappointed, even if the facilities are a bit older and the site lacks facilities offered by larger sites in more popular areas.

Basic toilet blocks include accessible facilities. Two kitchens include sinks, gas hobs and fridges. Laundry with washing machine. Small shop. Bungalows to rent.

Directions to Camping Pefki

The main road runs from Loutra Aidipsou to Agriovotano at the northern tip of Evia. About 11 km. west of Agriovotano turn towards Pefki and at the beach turn right. Site is 1.5 km. along this road on the right.
