Camping Ostseequelle is located in a scenic setting, crossed by the Baltic Sea Spring stream. Close by is the 3.5km long sandy shallow beach of Wohlenberger Wiek. Youth play hut with billiards, table football and darts is located opposite the campsite.

Dining options include the restaurant Bella Italia on the campsite and Buttjes Grill&Bar (100 metres), Tamila's beach bar (400 metres) offers cocktails and music. The site has 200 touring pitches of varying sizes. Camping barrels and bungalows to rent. The local beach with wildlife, shells, stones and seaweed has a beach fee which is used to fund the removal of seaweed every 4 weeks.

The southern area is popular for windsurfing and kitesurfing. For sailors and families with boats, the marina in Hohen Wieschendorf is a good place to moor.

An 18-hole golf course in Wismar Bay with fantastic views of the sea. Sightseeing options include the Stone Age village Kussow (16km), equestrian farm in Oberhof (2.5 km), Baltic Sea Tours in Boltenhagen (13km), Castle town of Klütz and Wismar World Heritage Site (15km).

Directions to Camping Ostseequelle

From Lübeck: Via the A20, exit Grevesmühlen in the direction of Boltenhagen. In Grevesmühlen at the chicken grill, turn right to Wohlenberger Wiek - Groß Walmstorf - Niendorf. From Wismar: In the direction of Grevesmühlen, in Gägelow turn right. Through Proseken and Gramkow, at the Wohlenberger Wiek before Wohlenberg, turn left towards Grevesmühlen. Entrance after approx. 50 metres and turn left. N.B. The street exists twice under the postal code - the site is not located in Zierow.
