Camping Nurapolis is on Sardinia’s west coast, in the heart of a 12-hectare pine grove. The site has 275 pitches, of which 220 are for touring units and 55 seasonal pitches, which are scenically set among junipers, mimosas and aloes. The family-friendly Camping Nurapolis is just north of the exceptionally scenic Sinis Peninsula and close to a beach that guests can access directly. You will also find a lot more beaches around the peninsula, so make sure you bring a camera. Sardinia is known for mountain biking and nearly two thousand kilometres worth of incredible coastline, which might tempt you to walk around part of it. There are also plenty of activities to enjoy on the beach, including canoe rental, stand-up paddle boarding and a surf school for those who want to improve their skills.

The site has basic facilities, including a toilet block with hot showers and a laundry room, but you will also find a children's playground and tennis courts. The site also has a restaurant with a spacious covered terrace serving traditional Italian cuisine and wood-fired pizza. Entertainers prepare a weekly program with various opportunities to get together and have fun: theatre and cabaret shows, creative workshops, discos with different genres of music, live music and large group games. For the little ones, there is a mini club.

Visit the fishing town of Cabras, Is Benas, Sale Porcus and the spaghetti Western village of San Salvatore di Sinis for days out at a sleepy pace, or get active at windsurfing, sailing, motorboating or scuba diving depending on the season. Or you could hire a bike and pedal off into the countryside around the site. Suggested stop-offs include the archaeological site of Tharros, the giant statues of Monte Prama in Cabras, the S'Archittu and the Sa Mesa Longa rock formations.

Directions to Camping Nurapolis

From Cagliari join the E25/SS131 towards Serramanna, Sardara and Santa Giusta a journey of approx. 121 km. Take the exit towards Zeddiani. Merge onto SS 292 Nord Occidentale Sarda. At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto Complanare Ovest. At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto SP12. At the roundabout, take the 4th exit onto Via IV Novembre/SP12.Continue to follow SP12. Continue straight onto SS292 Nord Occidentale Sarda. At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit and stay on SS 292 Nord Occidentale Sarda. Turn left. Turn right. The site is then on the left.
