The small-scale Camping Maltschacher Seewirt is located in the south of Austria, in the state of Carinthia, with direct access and views of the lake. During high season, the campsite provides plenty of entertainment for the whole family with chilled campfire evenings with the entertainment team or sports tournaments such as volleyball, badminton and football.
The hotel on-site offers fresh breakfasts and a menu of good-value regional dinner dishes, which can be consumed on the restaurant terrace or packed up to take away to a scenic spot of your choice should you wish. A large beach by the lake is also open to the public so that it can get busy during peak season. With only 50 touring pitches on site, this is the perfect camping location to stay in Austria. The hotel orders fresh bread daily, and the shop is a 2-minute walk from the campsite.
There are many things to do in the area around Relaxcamping Maltschacher Seewirt including The Nockberge Mountains which are a UNESCO World Heritage Site. They are home to a variety of plant and animal life, and there are many walking and cycling trails to explore. Feldkirchen is a charming town with a beautiful historic centre.
