Camping Maisonneuve, St Jory de Chalais is a small, family-run site set on 26 acres in the Perigord Vert, Dordogne, within the Parc Naturel Regional Perigord Limousin. The owners, Russ & Lorna, moved here from Hampshire with their family. This picturesque site is ideal for those wanting a peaceful getaway and offers plenty of outdoor space to keep the family entertained. It is an excellent base for exploring all that the Dordogne has to offer as well as being an ideal stopover for those on their way to Southern France, Spain and Portugal. The site has 48 grass pitches, of which 43 are for touring units, and it has a 10-amp hook-up point. Many pitches also have private water connection points, and hard-standing pitches are available for those who prefer. There are also five mobile homes, a wooden chalet and a wooden pod available for hire.

On-site, you’ll find a fully licensed bar and pizzeria, Au Château d’Eau, with a wide range of drinks and home-cooked pizzas available, served inside or out on the terrace. The campsite also has an outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers perfect for relaxing in the summer sun. You can also benefit from free Wi-Fi; a big-screen TV is available in the bar for those important sporting occasions.

The small village of St Jory de Chalais is just 5 minute's walk away, and you have various amenities, including a village shop, bar, bakery, and restaurant.

From Limoges on the N21. Turn right at Mavaleix onto D98 towards Chalais and St. Jory-de-Chalais. The site is well signposted, on your left as you enter St. Jory de Chalais.
