Camping L'Ombrage is a site near Saint-Pierre-Colamine, Puy-de-Dôme in the heart of the Parc des Volcans d'Auvergne. The terraced site has pitches which are marked out and with shade. It is also possible to rent mobile homes and bungalows. It is at the gates of the Massif du Sancy, in the middle of lakes, mountains and volcanoes, in the heart of a green Auvergne. The owners Bruno and Patricia will be delighted to welcome you to their site for an unforgettable nature holiday. It is ideal for families, come and enjoy the shade of lime trees. The site has a heated outdoor swimming pool, supplies fresh bread, multi-sports ground and a motorhome service point. Ski hire is also available. The site has 117 pitches of which 79 are for touring units, 30 are occupied on a seasonal basis and there are 6 mobile homes available to rent.

Directions to Camping l’Ombrage

From the A75/E11 near Clermont Ferrand take exit 6 to join the D978 towards Plauzat and Champeix. In Champeix it turns right to become Quai du Beaugeix D996 signed Montaigut-le-Blanc. At the Hotel bear left to merge onto D978. Continue to follow D978. North of St. Pierre-Colamine, turn right onto D619 and the site is on the right off this road and is well signed. When approaching from Besse-en-Chandesse take the D978 in the direction of Clermont-Ferrand. The site is signposted after ± 5 km.
