Alan Rogers Review of Camping L'Offrerie
A small, neat, family run site situated in beautiful countryside overlooking a wooded valley. A warm welcome awaits you at this site ideal for couples and families with small children. There are only 48 pitches with 19 spacious, grassy, slightly sloping pitches for touring (10A electricity). They are in two different areas with some more shaded pitches near the mobile homes and the others in a more open meadow. They are partly separated by a wide range of flowering shrubs, and maturing trees give some shade. There is a small swimming pool, bar, snack bar and takeaway open in July and August. Twin-axle caravans are not accepted.
The lesser known area of the Périgord Noir has much to offer in addition to the beautiful hilly and wooded countryside. There are many picturesque, historic towns and villages close by, with their local markets and museums, for example Plazac and Sarlat. Monignac and Les Eyzies-de-Tayac-Sireuil have world famous caves and museums. Take the time to sample the wide variety of well known local produce. For the more active campers, there is a variety of canoe trips and walks of different lengths and levels of difficulty.
Facilities at Camping L'Offrerie
Three small but well equipped toilet blocks with all necessary facilities including those for children and accessible facilities. Washing machine. Motorhome services (charged). Bar/TV, snack bar, takeaway (July/Aug). Small swimming pool (mid June to early Sept). Play area. Minigolf. Boules. WiFi.

Leave A89 autoroute southeast of Périgueux, exit 16. Take D6089 southeast, signed Brive. After 1 km. take D710 signed Sarlat. At Les Versannes turn east D6 for 12 km. to Ruffignac. Keep right through town to campsite entrance, site signed.
