Camping l’Evasion is located close to the Lac de Jaunay, well known for its water-based activities. This modern, well-equipped site boasts a natural swimming pool bordered by white sand. There is also a traditional outdoor swimming pool with slides, plus a large, covered pool with a Jacuzzi.

There are just 12 good-sized touring pitches here, all equipped with electrical connections and the special feature of each one having its own private chalet with a shower room, separate toilet and a room with a fridge and sink. There are also numerous mobile homes available for rent. Other amenities at l’Evasion include a bar/restaurant (with takeaway food service).

The nearest beach is 5 km. away (at Bretignolles-sur-Mer). The region’s premier resort, Les Sables d’Olonne, is also within easy reach (18 km) and is home to many excellent seafood restaurants, as well as a comprehensive range of tourist amenities, including a good zoo. There is plenty of activity on site during peak season, including an aqua gym, a children’s club and evening entertainment (themed meals, discos and concerts).

Directions to Camping l’Evasion

Approaching from the north (Challans), head south on D32 towards Les Sables d’Olonne. Pass through Landevieille and continue on D32 (rue des Sables). The site is well signed.
