Les Rives du Luberon lies at the gateway to the massive Luberon national park, and close to the Durance river. This is picture postcard Provence with fields of lavender and sunflowers, and a warm Mediterranean climate. The site is a Parc residentiel de loisirs, and boasts a range of chalets and mobile homes to rent. Please note that there are no touring pitches here. On-site amenities include an inviting swimming pool with a separate children’s pool. There is plenty of activity in high season with a daily children’s club and evening entertainment, including karaoke and dancing.

The town of Cavaillon is just 4 km. distant and is an excellent departure point for some wonderful mountain walks, but it is well worth exploring the town, famous also for its fine cathedral. Further south, the city of Aix-en-Provence richly merits a visit. Known as the city of a thousand fountains, its tree lined streets conceal a maze of fine old mansions and inviting restaurants.

Directions to Camping les Rives du Luberon

From Avignon, head south on A7 autoroute to Cavaillon, and then head south on D2 and D31 to Cheval Blanc, from where the site is signed.
