Situated in a small village just two kilometres from the town of Carnac, this very pleasant site has 97 pitches on level grass, most having high mature hedges that give a good feel of privacy. All have good access to 6/10A electricity, while a further 64 also have water and wastewater. You will receive a very warm welcome from Mme. Simon is in the modern reception building, which is impressive, and registration is dealt with efficiently. This is a lovely base from which to explore the region; the famous megaliths are close by, and the beaches are only 500 m. away. Nearby Carnac offers a good choice of restaurants, bars and shops.

Facilities at Camping les Druides

Two modern sanitary blocks, some washbasins in cubicles, preset showers and British style WCs. Baby room. Laundry room with washer/dryer and sinks (all kept very clean). Excellent accessible facilities. Bread and snacks from reception. Superb fenced swimming pool open from early May (heated high-season) with jacuzzi and tropical plants. Games room with TV. Play areas. Multisports court. Pétanque. WiFi in some areas (charged).

Directions to Camping les Druides

From N165 Vannes-Lorient dual carriageway south of Auray, take exit for Carnac and Ploemel. Head southwest on D768 for 7 km. Turn south on D119 (Carnac). On entering Carnac centre, head east on D781 towards St Philibert. Turn right and follow signs to site on the right, just before the Carnac-Plage area.
