Les Clos is a family run site with little in the way of family entertainment. It is within easy walking distance of the interesting old town of Nyons, the olive capital of France with its famous Thursday Provençal market. The site has 115 good sized, level pitches which are stony (rock pegs essential). There are 78 for touring units, all with electricity and separated by small hedges and trees giving varying amounts of shade. Many lie alongside the small Eygues river. Although access to the site is easy, the site layout is not suitable for large outfits and twin axle units are not accepted.

Nyons lies in a wonderful area of France surrounded by fields of lavender, olive groves, fruit orchards and vineyards. Nearby are Grignan, Suze la Rousse with their ancient châteaux and Grignan. Further afield are Orange, Avignon and Mont Ventoux, the mountain that all serious cyclists must conquer. The names of the local villages read like a wine list and wine tasting is a pleasurable pastime here.

Modern central toilet block with all necessary accessible facilities. Fresh bread (May-Sept). Small bar with takeaway snacks (July/Aug). Swimming pool and paddling pool (mid May-mid Sept). Play area. Table tennis, Boules. Fishing. Communal barbecue. Only gas and electric barbecues allowed.
