Le Pavillon Bleu is a member of the Atlantique Pellerin Vacances group and is located in the southern Vendée, in the lively resort of La Faute-sur-Mer, near Aiguillon and La Tranche-sur-Mer. This is a small site – 88 pitches, just 500 m. from a fine beach. On-site amenities include a outdoor swimming pool and paddling pool, as well as a multisports pitch, play area, and sea or river fishing. Pitches here are of average size and lacking in grass. All have electrical connections (3/6/10A). A wide selection of mobile homes, chalets and caravans are available to rent. The site has no bar, restaurant or takeaway, but there is a good alternative on the opposite side of the road.

There is plenty of activity here in peak season with a popular children’s club, shows, themed meal evenings and much more. Off site, la Faute is an attractive resort with a great deal on offer, including a good selection of restaurants and attractive views to the Ile de Ré, to the south. Cycling is popular, with miles of excellent tracks in the vicinity.

Two basic but clean toilet blocks (unheated) have British style WCs and washbasins and showers in cubicles. Accessible Facilities. Laundry. No motorhome services. Reception sells essentials (bread to order). Swimming pool and paddling pool (unheated). Multisports pitch. Volleyball. Boules. Play area. Activity and entertainment programme (high season). Mobile homes, caravans and chalets to rent. Communal barbecue areas. No electric barbecues.

Directions to Camping le Pavillon Bleu

From A87 Cholet-La Roche-sur-Yon road, exit at 32 for La Tranche-sur-Mer and take D747 to La Tranche. Turn onto D1046 following signs for La Faute-sur-Mer. Join D46 (east) and site is on left.
