Camping Le Gué is located in the flowery village of Chémery, France, on the edge of the Sologne forest and on the banks of the “La Renne” stream. On site, there are 44 pitches, 36 of which are for touring and have electric hook-up points available( 10Amp). Pitches are not delimited, and some are quite open, so bare this in mind when choosing your pitch during the hot summer months.

Camping Le Gué offers a variety of leisure activities to keep you entertained during your stay. There's a naturally heated outdoor swimming pool with a paddling pool for children. Perfect for cooling off on a hot summers day. There are no aqua gym classes or water games here as the campsite wants to preserve the peace and quiet that the campsite promotes. Children will have fun in the playground and they can also interact with the campsite's two friendly goats, Hazelnut and Snowdrop. The older ones can enjoy a game of ping-pong or pétanque. Fishing enthusiasts can try their luck at the on-site pond, and bicycles are available for rent for those who want to explore the surrounding area. The campsite is located in the Centre-Val de Loire region, which is known for its beautiful chateaux (castles). The famous Château de Chambord is just a short drive away. Other nearby attractions include the Loire Valley vineyards and the Sologne forest, which is a popular spot for hiking and biking.
