Camping Le Clou is located in the hills between the Dordogne and Vézère rivers. A wide variety of shrubs and trees give the site a parkland appearance. Two farm buildings, typical of the Périgord, are at the heart of the site. One overlooks the swimming pool and the hills beyond. The site extends over nine acres and has 103 pitches (70 for touring) with sizes varying from 80 to 150 sq.m. In high season an animation team organises various sports activities for all ages. In low season the owners provide more relaxing activities, such as wine tasting, boules and film screenings.

During this time, guests have the opportunity to join the site owners at their table for dinner (table d’hôte). There are many walking and cycle tracks in the area, some leading directly from the site. Both the Dordogne and the Vézère are, of course, popular for swimming or fishing and the opportunity to make a unforgettable canoe trip.
