La Sirena is a smart site located on the edge of the popular resort of L’Estartit, with direct access to a fine sandy beach. Pitches here are of a good size (70 – 80 sq. m.) and all have electrical connections. A number of mobile homes are available to rent. There is a good sized swimming pool with a broad sunbathing terrace, and a separate paddling pool. During peak season, daily aqua aerobic sessions and diving classes are held here. Other amenities include a friendly restaurant (La Cantina) and well stocked shop.

L’Estartit is probably best known for its 5 km. crescent of golden sand but is also one of the best places for scuba diving on the Costa Brava. There are some secluded coves to the north, some of which are only accessible on foot. The old town is made up of a maze of alleys and narrow streets, now home to many good value restaurants. The Roca Maura towers over the town and is worth climbing for its fine panoramic views.

Directions to Camping la Sirena

Approaching from the north (Figueres) take the southbound C31 to Torroella de Montgri and then join the GI-641 to L’Estartit. The site is signposted to the right before you reach the town centre.
