La Rouillère is a family run campsite located in the heart of the peninsula of Saint-Tropez, ideally located at the foot of the two beautiful villages in the Provence: Ramatuelle and Gassin. Camping La Rouillere is set on a 2-hectare hillside site surrounded by vineyards with 95 very spacious camping and caravanning pitches. Located 10 minutes from the beaches of Pampelonne and Escalet, Camping La Rouillere offers a typical Provencal holiday. There are 17 camping spots for rent and more than 70 different rental accommodations to choose from.
Camping La Rouillère is very close to the beach and is therefore the ideal holiday destination for beach lovers. But there's more to do than laze on the beach. Plenty of activities are organized that are fun for families with children. After exploring the local area you can come back to the campsite to enjoy its amenities. This includes an outdoor swimming pool, bar, Childrens playground, a pétanque court, and a table tennis table. In high season, entertainment is provided at the swimming pool with aqua aerobics session for adults, pétanque competitions, treasure hunts and themed evenings for children.
During your stay there are many attractions in the local area to explore and discover including: Saint-Tropez and its famous "museum of the gendarmes, Ramatuelle for a tasting at the wine cooperative, Gassin village classified among the most beautiful villages in France which is only 2 km away from the campsite. Set aside a day to explore the Iles d'Or, Port Cros, Porquerolles and the Levant for their unspoiled surroundings. Go shopping in Sainte-Maxime or rent a boat to visit Port Grimaud .
