Camping Kupferschmiede is a family-run campsite in Arlaching, on the northern shore of the Chiemsee lake in Bavaria, Germany. Due to its location in the middle of a wooded area, guests can choose from both sunny and shaded pitches. The site has 200 grass pitches, of which 80 are for touring units, and has 16-amp hook-up points available. The site has a pub, Kupferschmiede, and the adjoining restaurant offers local hot dishes. Guests could provide themselves with a well-stocked selection of food and beverages from the on-site shop.

Around the lake, there is a varied range of leisure activities. Boat and surfboard rental, horseback riding, golfing and tennis are available nearby. The charming landscape invites you to take long walks or bike rides. Other popular excursion destinations in the vicinity include the Mammut Museum, Berchtesgaden Salt Mine, Salzburg Zoo, Oberreith Wildlife Park, Marquartstein Fairytale Park and Ruhpolding Amusement Park.

Directions to Camping Kupferschmiede

From Munich on the A8, leave at junction 106 Bernau In the direction of Prien-am-Chiemsee, Rimsting and Gstadt. After Gstadt follow signs to Seebruck on the St2093. In Seebruck turn right onto Ludwig-Thoma-Straße and cross the river bridge. Keep ahead on the St2095 and the site is on the left off this road.

From Salzburg on the A1/A8, leave the A8 at junction 112 and take the B306 to the Traunstein exit and join the St2095 towards Erlstatt, Egerer and Arlaching. The site is on the right just after Arlaching.
