You are sure of a very warm welcome at this small (6 pitches) rural campsite near La Fosse de Tigne in the heart of the lovely Loire Valley. It is an inexpensive level campsite with modern shower and toilet facilities plus a room solely for campers to use if needed.

If you are en route North or South call in for a safe overnight stop (300km from Le Havre, 500km from Calais & 300km from Bordeaux) or spend longer to explore the Loire Valley's many towns and interesting little villages.

The site is situated in the middle of wine country within easy distance of Angers (35km) the principle city of the Loire Valley and home of Cointreau, Saumur (30km): famous for its Equestrian Schools and Champagne houses and Doue La Fontaine (15km): with its famous Rose Gardens, Trogolodite Villages and world famous Zoo, Le Puy Du Fou is only one hour away.

Directions to Camping Kathy and Dave

From the North at Angers, head south towards Cholet A87. At junction 22 turn off for Brissac Quince D748. Just after Brissac Quince take D748 to Martigne Briand. Then the D167 to Tigne. Finally D167 to La Fosse De Tigne. Drive through La Fosse de Tigne and turn right (site signed) after the small Chateau on your right. Look out for small red & white signs. From the South, leave A87 at junction 26 and join D960 east towards Vihiers. On the east edge of Vihiers take D748 to Aubigne-sur-Layon. Then D84 to Tigne. Continue from Tigne as above.
