Camping Hiriberria is near to Itxassou in the region of Pyrénées-Atlantiques. at the foot of the Artzamendi and Mondarrain mountains and invites you to discover the Basque country from the inside. Located 30 minutes from the coast and 20 minutes from Saint-Jean-Pied-de-Port. Mountaineering in the area offers trails that can go up to almost 1000 meters. The different trails go along Navarra (Pamplona) and all its mysteries. You can also enjoy the peace and quiet by the river with the "no kill" fishing, under a watchful eye. The town of Cambo-les- Bains has health cures, the hot spring will get you into shape and release your tensions. The Basque coast offers many interests. Explore the life of the fishermen who crossed continents thanks to museums and historical sites. The attractiveness of the Basque country will call you out, whether it be in the big cities such as Donastia, San Sebastian or Bilbao, or in small villages. You should also not fail to enjoy the pleasures of the "village of Itxassou", the cherries, the sheep cheese and the local products. The site has 134 grass/hardstanding touring pitches with 16/10-amp hook-up point, including 12 for tents. There are also 2 pods available to rent.

Directions to Camping Hiriberria

From the A63/E70 take exit 5 Bayonne-Sud. Then join the D932 to Ustaritz and Cambo-les-Bains in the direction of St. Jean-Pied-de-Port. At Itxassou join the D918. The site located 3 km south of Cambo-les-Bains. Drive past site entrance to a roundabout on the D918 and take the last exit to turn back to the entrance of the site which will be on the right.
