Set within the very well maintained grounds of the hotel of the same name, Camping Hafnersee combines the best of a rural lakeside campsite with the facilities of a very well appointed hotel. The 212 pitches, mostly on level grass, are well defined in rows separated by low hedges, with 88 currently available for touring units (6A electricity). The others are used by seasonal units. The site is set on the gently sloping grass banks of the lake and there are pontoons for swimming and boating. There is some shade from mature trees around the site.

Facilities at Camping Hafnersee

Two traditional toilet blocks have very good WCs, washbasins and showers and ample hot water. Accessible facilities. Drinking water points. Washing machine, dryer. Hotel bar and separate restaurant (all season). Jacuzzi and sauna. Indoor swimming pool at hotel, Internet at hotel. Fishing (with permit). Bicycle hire Mini Golf, Childrens playground, Kayaking.

From A2 motorway take exit 335 (Velden). Follow signs for Keutschach. Just past village of Schiefling look for sign to Seehotel Hafnersee and Camping.
