Alan Rogers Review of Camping El Vedado
Ideal for visiting Barcelona (18km) with direct bus-shuttle (March until mid-December) to the city centre, located next to the entrance. Equipped with bungalows and mobile homes to rent. This site has 170 marked grassy and sandy pitches on terraced and levelled terrain with 6A electrical hookups. The terraced area is reserved for rallies and groups. The pitches, approximately 70-90sqm, can be fully or partially shaded. Mountain bike trails and Nordic walking are popular in this hilly region.
El Vedado is located in a historical Natural Park of Parc Serralada Litoral, within private woodlands of 100 Ha and is 7 km from the beach and is a quiet site. Nearby, you will find the Formula 1 Circuit of Barcelona-Catalunya. There is an indoor kids motocross circuit (Green Indoor Park) where children can enjoy karting, climbing, inflatable attractions and the largest skatepark in Spain. The Isla Fantasia is a water park for all ages with a pirate-themed maze, many water games and rapids.
