Camping Duinoord lies directly beside a wide sandy North Sea beach and a large forest. The site itself is divided between two locations: Duinoord aan Zee and Landgoed Duinoord. The main site and reception are beside the sea and forest. There are 100 serviced touring pitches with 4/6A electricity, water, drainage and cable TV. Camping Landgoed Duinoord is five minutes away and is set peacefully in the polders. The pitches here are larger and less enclosed. Both sites have a similar ambience of space and tranquillity and the proximity of the beach and the forest make them special.

Probably contributing to the relaxing atmosphere, there are no shops, restaurants or bars on site – a whole range of these can be found a short walk away. There are amenities for children including a paddling pool and an enthusiastic activity team. The main attractions are the extensive woodland and the clean, sandy beach, which is accessed 100 m. from reception. There are refreshment pavilions and a lifeguard station. Some of the numerous marked routes through the woodlands are suitable for those with reduced mobility.

Good, clean sanitary provision on both sites, incorporating a full range of facilities. Accessible facilities, Laundry facilities. Bakery. Small paddling pool with water jets. Recreation room with weekly theatrical productions. Outdoor football table. Play areas for under 12s.

Directions to Camping Duinoord

From Rotterdam follow the A15 to the west and take exit 12, signed Brielle and Middelburg onto the N57. Follow for 42 km. until Westenschouwen. From here site is 1.5 km. and well signed.
