Quieter and more peaceful family orientated sites are rare in this immediate area, so we were pleasantly surprised to discover one in a pleasant shady setting midway between the village and the beach resort – less than 1 km. from both. The 180 good sized pitches, (most with electricity) are in green surroundings with plenty of shade. This traditionally French campsite, could be a quiet haven for those who want to relax at the end of the day without the distraction of a noisy pool and bar, but who want to be close to all the various attractions offered by this resort. English is spoken in reception.
Facilities at Camping du Stade
Two good quality, part modern, part traditional, well maintained toilet blocks with good sized showers, washbasins in cabins, etc. Accessible sanitary Unit . Dog shower. Facilities for babies. Washing machine. Snack bar and takeaway (July/Aug). Adventure-style play area.
Directions to Camping du Stade
From A9 exit 42 (Perpignan Sud) take N114 towards Argelès, then exit 10 for Pujols and Argelès. Follow signs towards Centre, Plage. First roundabout straight on (Ave Molliere). At next small roundabout turn left, site immediately on left.
