Located in the scenic coastal town of Locquirec in Brittany, Camping Municipal du Fond de la Baie is known for its prime location at the entrance of the peninsula. Spanning 3 hectares, the campsite offers a direct view of the sea and immediate access to the "Fond de la Baie" beach.

On site, there are 223 touring pitches available of which have 10-Amp electric hook-up points available. For those who don't mind a bit of a breeze, the upper terraces offer panoramic views across the sea. These spots are shaded by conifers and feel private. Lower down, the pitches are tighter and more communal, but they offer direct beach access.

The campsite is ideal for those who enjoy an active holiday. Direct access to the beach makes it a prime spot for windsurfing, paddleboarding, and kayaking. In the height of summer, the "Lokid’club" keeps the youngsters occupied whilst Sports and cultural activities are organised for the older ones. Themed evenings and entertainment bring a lively, communal feel to the evenings during high season too. A small grocery store and restaurant operate during July and August. Out of season, the innovative 24-hour baguette machine can be found at the entrance of the campsite. 

Exploring Locquirec The site is perfectly positioned for the GR34 coastal path. A leisurely 15-minute walk along the bay (shorter at low tide!) brings you into the heart of Locquirec, a "Petite Cité de Caractère." This picturesque port town is dotted with granite houses,  bistros, and creperies. For those wishing to venture further, the dramatic Pink Granite Coast and the historic town of Morlaix are within easy driving distance.

Facilities at Camping du Fond de la Baie

The four sanitary blocks are kept clean; while some of the older blocks are a touch dated the water is reliably hot, and there is a heated block for the colder months. Accessible facilities, Motorhome service area, Laundry facilities, Restaurant, Bar and shop during high season. Fresh bread service, Kayaking and paddleboarding are available at the beach. Kids' club during high season. Entertainment, Sports, and activities are organised for older children. Children's playground, Table tennis, Minigolf,  can be found nearby. Free loan of books for everyone, BBQs allowed. Pets allowed, Free WIFI.
