Mialaret is 4 km. from the village of Neuvic and only 6 km. from the Gorges of the Dordogne. It is set in a 44-hectare estate with a 19th-century château, now a hotel and restaurant offering gastronomic dishes. More simple meals are served at the brasserie/pizzeria. Most of the 113 touring pitches are set in a gently sloping parkland situation with numerous trees and shrubs. Some are level and separated by small bushes, most have some shade and 10A electricity. Each pitch has been provided with a wooden picnic table. A feature of the site is the 340 sq.m. pool designed by the Art Deco architect, Hector Guimard. Entertainment and activities are organised in high season.

A variety of accommodation is available to hire, including safari lodge tents, chalets and teepees. Ten pitches are used by a tour operator.

From Clermont-Ferrand or Brives on the A89, take exit 23 and follow signs for Neuvic (20 km). In Neuvic follow signs for le Mialaret (take first right after Intermarche). Site is 4 km.
